Terms & Conditions
Accordingly, all camera registrants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The New Hanover Township Police Department may request your video footage if they believe it could help with a criminal investigation.
- Pertinent information is kept exclusively for official purposes by the New Hanover Township Police Department and will not be disclosed to any member of the public or media.
- If essential, the New Hanover Township Police Department will directly reach out to you using the information available on this site to request the relevant video surveillance footage.
- Registrants must not interpret, under any circumstances, that they are acting as an agent or employee of the New Hanover Township Police Department through the camera registry program.
- The New Hanover Township Police Department shall never use any obtained information to directly access footage or feeds from cameras owned by registrants under any circumstances.
