Welcome to our police department website. The men and women who make up the New Hanover Township Police Department are honored to serve and protect this great community. We do not look at our work here as a job but rather as an incredible responsibility to you all. We will always strive to uphold our “Community First” mission with unwavering commitment to our principal core values: Trust, Community Partnership, Compassion and Professional Integrity. Our aim is to ensure our residents enjoy a superior quality of life and we work hard daily to meet the high expectations our community deserves. To achieve these goals, we will work together with our residents and community stakeholders. I welcome an open dialogue with everyone we serve and protect. We (myself and all officers) appreciate conversation, feedback and suggestions.
