You can get a three day permit from the township.  You will need to show your driver’s license and AMA license to a township employee who will make a copy of both and issue you a permit for three days of your choice.  If you would like to fly more frequently, you may want to join the Swamp Creek R/C Modelers. This organization has an agreement with the township that all of their members can use the park. Check out their website at www.SCRCM.com for more information.

Only dogs are allowed on their leash and under control of their owner at Swamp Creek and Community Parks.

There is a baseball field at both Community and Middle Creek Parks.  Pine Forge Baseball takes care of both of the fields.  They do not use them very frequently, which leaves them open for township residents to use.

Community Park has a basketball court, Frisbee golf course, hockey court, baseball field, and playground.  Picnic tables and grills are also available.

You may participate in all events unless specifically stated on the event blurb on the township website.

You can fish at Hickory Park with a valid license from the State.  We also have a bait machine available for your convenience.

The township works with other sports organizations to provide space for your children to conduct their activities but does not run their own athletic programs.

The Township and its staff photograph, film, and audio-record activities, programs, events, athletic competitions and the like at Township venues and facilities. By entering a Township event or facility, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant the Township an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, and publish those images and recordings — in any medium now known or later developed, including the Township website, social media, printed materials, and promotional and informational communications — without further notice, compensation, or approval. If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, please notify a staff member at the event or contact the Township Manager in advance, and the Township will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. This notice does not apply to any private conversation.

Minors.
This implied consent does not extend to any minor (a person under 18 years of age). The Township will not use, publish, or distribute any photograph, video, or recording in which a minor is identifiable, on social media, the Township website, in printed publications, or on any other platform, unless the Township has first obtained the written consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian. A minor's attendance at, or participation in, a Township activity or presence at a Township facility does not constitute consent to such use.
